We accept bank transfers (international and local), PayPal, credit cards, and cash (USD or IDR). A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival or before the service date.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service date for a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Within 24 hours, a rebooking credit is offered instead of a refund. We understand travel plans can change and we try to be as flexible as possible.

Yes, all our drivers and guides speak conversational to fluent English. They are professionally trained, licensed, and experienced in serving international guests. For tours, we also provide culturally knowledgeable guides who can explain Balinese traditions and history.
