Welcome to Pesona Trip Indonesia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website pesonatripindonesia.com and the travel services we provide, including but not limited to private tours, car rentals, airport transfers, villa rentals, activity bookings, and custom travel packages in Bali, Indonesia. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using our website, submitting a booking inquiry, or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or enter into a service agreement with Pesona Trip Indonesia. If you are booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you have their authorization and that all travelers in your group agree to these Terms.

Pesona Trip Indonesia is a licensed tour operator based in Bali, Indonesia. We provide the following services:

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify itineraries, substitute accommodations or vehicles of equal or higher quality, or adjust schedules due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.

payments 3. Booking & Payment Terms

Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website contact form, email, or WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• You receive a written confirmation from our team (via email or WhatsApp)
• The required deposit payment has been received
• You have agreed to the quoted price and itinerary details

Pricing

All prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as specified. Prices include:

• Private vehicle with air conditioning
• Professional English-speaking driver or guide
• Fuel and parking fees
• Items specifically listed in the service description

Unless explicitly stated, prices do not include: entrance fees to attractions, meals and beverages, tips/gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance, or any items not specifically mentioned in the booking confirmation.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (international and local Indonesian banks)
• PayPal
• Credit/debit card
• Cash payment (USD or IDR) upon arrival

Deposit & Balance

A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the service date, or upon arrival in Bali if agreed in advance. For bookings made within 7 days of the service date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

event_busy 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Cancellation by Pesona Trip Indonesia

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking if:

• Unsafe conditions exist (severe weather, natural disasters, volcanic activity, etc.)
• Minimum participant requirements are not met for group activities
• Government travel advisories or restrictions are in effect

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date/service at no additional cost.

Villa Rental Cancellations

Villa bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the individual property owner. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. Generally, villa cancellations require longer notice periods (14-30 days) and may have different refund structures.

security 5. Liability Limitations

Pesona Trip Indonesia acts as an intermediary and organizer of travel services. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction:

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from acts of third-party service providers (hotels, activity operators, restaurants, airlines, etc.).
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during tours or transfers.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk. Certain activities (water sports, ATV riding, cliff walks, etc.) carry inherent risks, and participants must assess their own fitness and ability before engaging in such activities.

health_and_safety 6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before traveling to Bali. Your insurance should cover:

• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Medical emergencies and evacuation
• Personal belongings loss or theft
• Third-party liability
• Adventure activities (if applicable)

Pesona Trip Indonesia does not provide travel insurance. We are not responsible for any costs arising from medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, or other incidents that would typically be covered by travel insurance.

warning 7. Force Majeure

Pesona Trip Indonesia shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, floods)
• Severe weather conditions
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Government actions, travel bans, or border closures
• Civil unrest, strikes, or terrorism
• Road closures or infrastructure failures
• Power outages or telecommunications failures

In Force Majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide a credit for future use. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All content on the Pesona Trip Indonesia website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, and software, is the property of Pesona Trip Indonesia or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from our website without prior written consent
• Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose
• Scrape, extract, or systematically download content from our website
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of our website

Photographs taken by our team during tours remain the property of Pesona Trip Indonesia. We may use such photographs for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator before resorting to litigation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
